Reservation Conditions

To guarantee your flexible reservations, your credit card number is needed.

No money will be charged in advance, the payment will have to be made in the hotel.

For prepaid reservations, the total amount will be debited of your credit card as soon as the reservation is made. It is not refundable.

We have special conditions for groups.

Please contact us in advance for late arrivals after 10 PM.

Check out time: from 11AM

Cancellations
 

You can cancel your flexible reservation free of charge 48 hours in advance before arrival.  Prepaid reservations are not cancellable, not changeable  and not refundable.
